Hi Ladies!
We are so excited that you’re joining us for Women’s Retreat! It’s going to be such a special time together.
Here are a few important details to help you prepare:
🏨 Rooms & Lodging
You will be sharing a room, but everyone will have their own bed. The accommodations are hotel-style, so there is no need to bring towels or bedding.
🍽️ Food
All meals will be provided during the retreat.
Dinner will be served Friday night at 5:30 PM, and the cafeteria closes promptly at 6:30 PM sharp, so please plan accordingly.
If you love late-night snacks during games and fellowship time, feel free to bring some goodies to share!
🎁 Door Prizes
If you would like to participate in our door prize exchange, please bring one wrapped gift valued at $15 or less.
👟 What to Bring
There is some walking involved, so be sure to pack comfortable walking shoes.
🎉 Free Time
After our evening sessions, we’ll have free time to play games and fellowship together.
There will also be designated free time during the day to do what you please. We will have limited arts and crafts available if you’d like to participate.
🚪 Arrival & Registration
Registration begins at 5:00 PM.
Please do not arrive any earlier than that time. They will not open the gate for us before 5:00 PM, so plan accordingly.
If you would like to help in any capacity during the retreat, please let me know! We would love to have you serve in whatever way fits your heart and gifts.
